Our PBS064V01A UV Light Source Driver Board is a high-performance solution for driving LED light sources in custom 3D printers. It operates on DC 24V (22 – 28V) input voltage with a maximum input current of 11A/DC24V. The board delivers a stable output voltage of DC 40 – 60V and a constant output current ranging from 1000 – 4400mA with ±5% accuracy. With an output power of 100 – 210W and efficiency over 95%, it ensures reliable performance. Equipped with multiple protection functions, including input reverse polarity protection, input undervoltage protection, output short – circuit protection, and output open – circuit protection, it guarantees safe operation. The dimming method allows control via an external control signal (24V/GND) for ON/OFF functionality and adjustable current or power using a precision resistor on the board (5% – 100% range).
